Roasting and Shipping

Q: "I just ordered my coffee! When can I expect it to arrive?"

A: Firstly, you're awesome for getting some great coffee!

We roast every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. We'll process all orders received before 3pm on those days and ship out on the next working day

For example, you ordered sometime on Tuesday. We'll roast and pack your order on Wednesday and your order will be picked up by a courier on Thursday. Or if you placed your order on Saturday before 3pm, your order will be picked up by a courier on Monday. 

Your mail will reach you based on the lead time set by the courier shown in the checkout page, so just remember that when you're counting down the days till you receive your package

If your order was processed and doesn't reach you within 10 days (or the lead time set by the courier - especially for orders not shipping to Singapore), do reach out to us via our email hi@quarterlifecoffee.com

 For local tracked orders we ship via

- Ninjavan (2-3 working days, quite affordable and reliable)

- Qexpress (1-2 working days. Really quick and it costs just a little more)

- Singpost standard (3-5 working days. The cheapest, but no tracking means that you got to keep checking your mailbox and we won't know exactly when it's going to reach you. Don't choose this if you're concerned about running out of coffee)

Standard Letterbox Mail, No Tracking issues

Q: "Hey! I chose Standard Letterbox mail with no tracking. It's mighty affordable, but it's taking some time to get to me. Is it missing?"

A: It's pretty much the same kind of mailing as standard letter mail so we won't know once it's left us. It's all in the hands of Mr Postman!

Keep checking your mailbox for it! Singpost has a pretty good reputation for mail

It would be a bummer if it doesn't reach you, so do contact us if it doesn't reach you after 10 days from the day you receive your shipping notification!

We do prefer the other tracked mail options so we recommend going for those! 

Subscription

Q: "I would like to cancel/edit my subscription. How do I do that?"

A: Do log in to your account on our page and adjust the details of your subscription through there

Q: "I'd like to purchase something else on top of my subscription, but i'm already paying for shipping! Could you guys add it into my existing delivery?"

A: While we're still trying to develop an ordering system for subscribers to add items into their next delivery, we still might have to things the old fashioned way of placing an order as per usual, but stay tuned for updates!

Place an order shipping to your current subscription address with any shipping method. We will automatically refund any additional shipping fees associated with the new purchase before we ship your order if you are a subscriber and send out your purchase together with your upcoming subscription.
