Peru is still relatively new to specialty coffee, yet has produced some of the tastiest coffees we've encountered for everyday drinking. When I was a new roaster, I came across a lot from Cajamarca that i absolutely fell in love with. I enjoyed how juicy it was, and it had a beautiful sweetness that was comforting and easy going

La Union is a combination of lots from 2 farms: La Quebrada & La Granadilla. Most farms in Peru are family owned, and almost solely rely on coffee for income. Encouragement from associations has seen these farms become more attentive to quality production, taking care in picking, sorting and processing.

You will enjoy a juicy body that reminds us of guava, followed by a sweet mid-palate like Apple Pie. Flavours finish with a sweet, floral aftertaste like honeysuckle
