I‘m always so excited when I see coffees from Marysabel! Her coffees were always so nostalgic to me as I used to drink coffees from her and Moisés’ farm El Puente from my favourite roasters when I first started getting into coffee

This coffee is from their farm called JR. It is a little more slopey than her other farms which makes growing and harvesting difficult, but her care in the production process produces a coffee that is nothing short of wonderful. I love how easy drinking it is, with beautiful sweetness and amazing florals. Truly delicate and everyday High quality coffees. Producers like her keep me motivated to do what I do
