About the Coffee
This coffee was picked by smallholder farms and processed as a mixed lot at Mesina in Adola, Mesina.
This lot of coffee was carefully hand picked for the ripest cherries and sorted twice a day. The coffees were dried for about 20 days in a single layer drying method on raised beds to promote optimal fermentation
