Silky, juicy and delicate! This exceptional coffee from Uraga Gomoro utilises a Black Honey process that leads to it's almost silky texture. Normally, coffees milled in Ethiopia are processed & dried with their entire cherry (Natural) or pulped and fermented immediately (Washed) to remove their excess mucilage.
Instead, the skin is pulped 90% of the mucilage on the cherry is retained, allowing the inner bean to interact and absorb flavours from the mucilage while drying quicker.
Expect big floral notes, yet a silky texture and big stonefruit fruitiness!
